Return & Refund Policy

At Delivard, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with a product, you may be eligible for a return and refund. The following policy explains the process and conditions for returns and refunds on our platform.

 

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the item. The eligibility and refund rate depend on the product condition:

  • 100% Refund: Product is unopened, unused, and in original condition with packaging intact. Or, the product was originally faulty before or during delivery and confirmed after investigation
  • 90% Refund: Product is opened but unused and undamaged.
  • 70% Refund: Product has been used but remains in good condition.
  • No Refund: If the product is damaged or incomplete due to customer handling.

Defective or Damaged Items

If the product is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact Delivard immediately and provide clear evidence (photos or videos). After investigation:

  • If the issue is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, Delivard will offer a 100% refund or replacement, based on mutual agreement.
  • If the customer cannot prove that they are not responsible for the defect or damage, Delivard reserves the right to reject the return.

 

Missing or Damaged Parts

Returned products with missing components or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund. All returned items must include original accessories, packaging, and documentation.

 

Products with Warranty

Products that come with a manufacturer warranty will have that information listed on the product page. Warranty coverage and terms vary by product. Delivard will comply with the warranty terms listed and support customers with returns, replacements, or repairs as specified by the warranty.

 

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must follow these steps:

  • Go to "My Account", then click on "Orders".
  • Select the product you wish to return and click the "Return" button next to it.
  • Provide all required details, including your order number and any supporting evidence (such as photos or videos, if applicable).
  • Wait for confirmation and further instructions from Delivard.

Returns submitted without prior approval or with missing documentation may be declined.

 

Return Limits

Customers may request up to three (3) returns per month. Delivard reserves the right to reject requests exceeding this limit.

 

Shipping Costs and Method

Shipping costs and the method of return will be mutually agreed upon between Delivard and the customer. Each case may be handled differently, depending on the product type, location, and situation. Delivard will aim to provide the most practical solution for both parties.

 

Refund Method and Timeline

Refunds will be issued primarily through the original payment method. If issues arise, especially with online payments, Delivard may offer credit vouchers or cash refunds as an alternative.

Once a return is received and approved, the refund process will begin. Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and refund method.
