- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Delivard platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app. - Account Registration
To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Product Information and Pricing
We do our best to provide accurate product details, pricing, and availability. However, prices and availability may change at any time without notice. All prices are in Iraqi Dinars and may include applicable taxes.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery and online payments.
Online payments are only valid once the funds have been successfully received in Delivard’s official bank account. If payment is not received due to technical failure, payment gateway issues, or other reasons, your order will not be processed or delivered. Delivard is not responsible for any losses or delays caused by unsuccessful transactions.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within two to five working days from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and external factors such as weather, traffic, or courier delays.
Delivard shall not be liable for any monetary compensation or damages in case of delays. Exceeding the estimated delivery window does not entitle the customer to a refund, discount, or financial claim of any kind.
If the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or the customer is unresponsive during delivery attempts, the order will be canceled and the product returned to Delivard stock. A five thousand Iraqi Dinar penalty will be added to the customer’s account and must be paid with their next order.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our separate Return Policy for full details on return conditions, procedures, and timelines. Returns are accepted for eligible products only, and items must be in unused condition with original packaging.
7. Customer Conduct and Fraud
You agree not to misuse the Delivard platform in any way. In the event of fraud or dishonest behavior such as using stolen payment methods, submitting false delivery information, or placing fake or misleading orders, Delivard reserves the right to investigate and take action.
We may share your personal data with local authorities or law enforcement and pursue legal steps where necessary to protect our platform and users.
8. Use of Contact Information
Sharing accurate contact information including name, phone number, and delivery address is required for placing orders. This information may be shared with delivery personnel and trusted third-party service providers for the purpose of completing delivery and for promotional communication.
Delivard takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information. For full details on how your data is collected, stored, and used, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy.
While we strive to maintain the security of your data, Delivard will not be held liable for any unauthorized access, misuse, or breach of contact information once it is shared with logistics or promotional partners.
9. Age Restriction
Delivard is intended for users aged eighteen years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Force Majeure
Delivard will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, conflict, or government restrictions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes are made means you accept the revised terms.
